To ensure your doll's makeup matches your vision, our customization process follows these steps:

Consultation: Contact us once your order has been made via email or direct message on Instagram (@doll_carousel) expressing your interest in a makeup customization. Share your preferences, inspirations, and any specific details you have in mind.

Reference Images: Providing reference images or descriptions helps us understand your desired makeup style, including colors, patterns, or any unique details you'd like.

Originality: While we don’t replicate other makeup designs, we can draw inspiration from them to create a unique and personalized makeup look for your doll.

Additional Charges: Please note, blushing of body parts, brand markings, fantasy makeup, extremely detailed designs, or the addition of eyelashes may incur extra charges. We'll provide a detailed breakdown of any additional costs during the agreement phase.

Agreement: Upon mutual agreement on the makeup design, associated costs, and any extra charges, we'll confirm the details before commencing work and that's the moment when you have to make the full payment of the face-up.

Progress Updates: We'll keep you updated throughout the process, sharing photos of the makeup in progress for your feedback and approval. Remember I need between 6 - 8 weeks from the day i recieve your doll to finish it.

Final Review: Once completed, we'll send you detailed photographs for your review. After your approval, the makeup process is considered finalized.
Please note that due to the intricate nature of makeup customization, alterations after final approval may not be possible. Our goal is to bring your envisioned doll makeup to life while ensuring your satisfaction. This is a handmade work and may have slight imperfections.
