To ensure your doll's wig matches your desired style, our pre-order process follows these steps:

Consultation: Contact us once you made the order via email ([email protected]) or direct message on Instagram (@doll_carousel) to express interest in a wig pre-order. Share specific preferences, such as wig style, color, length, and any unique details you envision.

Reference Images: Providing reference images or detailed descriptions helps us understand your desired wig style and features.

Agreement: Once we agree on the wig specifications and associated costs, we'll confirm the details before initiating the pre-order.

Additional Charges: Please note that intricate designs, specific customizations, or certain styles may incur additional charges. We'll provide a breakdown of any extra costs during the agreement phase.

Production time: 6 - 8 weeks once the order & payment has been done.

Final Review: Upon completion, we'll provide detailed photographs of the finished wig for your review. After your approval, the pre-order process for the wig is considered finalized.
Please note that due to the customized nature of wigs, alterations after final approval may not be feasible. Our aim is to craft the perfect wig that aligns with your vision while ensuring your satisfaction.
